General Guidelines for Admission
Admissions at Sun Jupiter International School, JP Nagar are processed once the completed application form, including the Wellness Form, is submitted. Parents can submit the required documents either at the SJIS, JP Nagar campus or via the online admission portal.
Admissions: Nursery to Grade X

To register, fill out the application form online, download it along with the acknowledgment slips, print, sign, and submit them at the school campus.
Documents Required for Admission
Please ensure the following documents are submitted:
1. Passport Size Photographs – 4 copies each of the child, father, and mother.
2. Birth Certificate – A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
3. Aadhaar Card Copies – Copies of Aadhaar cards for the child and both parents.
4. Immunization Records – Updated records of the child’s immunizations.
5. Blood Group Certificate – A certificate showing the child’s blood group.
6. Progress Reports – Reports from the last three years (Eg: If applying for Grade 1, reports of Nursery, LKG, UKG).
7. Transfer Certificate (Manual) – To be submitted after the session ends.
8. Address Proof – Any one of Aadhaar Card, Passport, Rental Agreement, Driving License, or Voter ID.
9. STS Number from Previous School – Original STS TC to be submitted after the session ends.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The name on the Aadhaar Card and Birth Certificate must match, as it is a
mandatory requirement for admission.
